Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of SpotPrivate.com and SpotPrivate's private-dining discovery, matching, inquiry, venue-response, and related services. By using SpotPrivate, you agree to these terms.
1. What SpotPrivate provides
SpotPrivate helps guests discover private dining spaces, compare published room information, send event inquiries, and communicate with restaurants. SpotPrivate also provides restaurants with tools to claim and manage venue information and respond to private-event inquiries.
2. Venue information and availability
Room capacity, pricing, amenities, menus, policies, availability, and other venue information may come from venue websites, venue-provided materials, public sources, or direct venue responses. Information can change. Published information is planning guidance unless and until the venue confirms it for your specific event.
3. Requests and communications
When you submit an event request, you authorize SpotPrivate to share the event details and contact information reasonably needed to coordinate that request with the venues you select. SpotPrivate may relay emails between guests and venues and may send operational reminders or follow-ups related to the request.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use SpotPrivate for lawful purposes, and not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or submit fraudulent, abusive, or misleading requests.
5. Restaurant accounts
Venue representatives are responsible for keeping claimed profile information accurate and for having authority to act on behalf of the venue. SpotPrivate may suspend or remove inaccurate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts or content.
6. Booking and payment terms
A restaurant's contract, cancellation policy, deposit requirements, service charges, taxes, and other booking terms are between the guest and the restaurant unless SpotPrivate explicitly states otherwise for a particular transaction. SpotPrivate does not guarantee that a venue will accept or honor an inquiry until the venue confirms it.
7. Intellectual property
SpotPrivate's software, branding, page design, structured data organization, and original content are owned by SpotPrivate or its licensors. Restaurant names, trademarks, images, menus, and venue materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
SpotPrivate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, SpotPrivate disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, and the accuracy or availability of third-party venue information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SpotPrivate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or from a restaurant's acts, omissions, food, premises, event performance, cancellation, or booking terms.
10. Changes and contact
